Check orders by VIN — OEM and aftermarket parts
Reduce repetitive checks for your managers. Your CMS/ERP supplies the order VIN and OEM numbers, including cross-references for aftermarket parts; the Vinalfa API helps check them against vehicle catalog data.
Aftermarket → OEM cross-references come from the client’s CMS/ERP. Vinalfa checks the supplied OEM numbers against catalog data; a cross-reference database is not automatically included in this integration.

Two sources of partner revenue
Your services — your own quote
Clients pay you for installation, CMS adaptation, price-link configuration and project support under your own agreement. Vinalfa does not take a share of those services.
20–30% of client subscriptions
Cash commissions on the verified eligible base for 12 calendar months from a client’s first qualifying payment. Accruals are monthly.

Unique linked clients with verified payments count toward a tier. The rate is fixed when the month closes; closed months are not recalculated retroactively.

Illustration: one equal payment per client in the month, all clients within their 12-month eligibility window and no refunds. This is not an earnings forecast. Actual bases and accruals are reviewed.
How accruals and payouts work
- Apply, agree the contract and receive an active partner code in your dashboard. A Vinalfa registration alone does not enable commissions.
- The client enters your code and confirms the link during registration or in their dashboard before the first paid subscription. No tracking cookies are used: the code must be confirmed after following a link. An administrator checks attribution and self-purchase exclusions.
- Once a month, payments from the previous month are reviewed. The month is closed and commissions are accrued after verification. Late-confirmed payments move into the next open period.
- The base is the subscription amount actually paid, after discounts, refunds and separately stated taxes. Free Trials, unpaid invoices, VIN top-ups and agency services do not generate commissions.
- Funds become available no earlier than 30 days after the client payment and after the month closes. The minimum request is 5,000 RUB or 50 USD, tracked separately by currency. Balances carry forward.
- Payouts are made manually using agreed payment details and documents. The dashboard records requests and completed payments; there are no automatic bank transfers. Refunds or cancelled payments trigger reconciliation.
Self-purchases, duplicate accounts and clients who paid Vinalfa before attribution are excluded. Spam, misleading claims and impersonating Vinalfa are prohibited. Existing clients and custom projects require a separate agreement.

The standard Trial provides 5 days and 10 VIN lookups for an initial technical evaluation. Validate brands, years, diagrams and direct links before selling a project. Prices, stock, carts and orders remain in the store system.
